Charter Refund Policy

Full Refunds or credit for another charter:

• Trip cancellations due to inclement weather.
• Trip cancellations due to boat mechanical problems before it leaves the dock.
• Cyborg Pirate reserves the right to cancel the trip if there are less than 3 divers.  Can refund or credit towards another charter.
• Customers on open boat charters who cancel prior to 24 hours of departure time.

No Refunds for:

• Diver cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.
• Poor visibility, lake vis is seasonal.
• Seasickness issues.
• No-shows or for Divers arriving after scheduled departure time.
• Dives attempted and called by a diver for any reason.
