Charter refund policy
Full Refunds or credit for another charter:
- Trip cancellations due to inclement weather.
- Trip cancellations due to boat mechanical problems before it leaves the dock.
- Cyborg Pirate reserves the right to cancel the trip if there are less than 3 divers. Can refund or credit towards another charter.
- Customers on open boat charters who cancel prior to 24 hours of departure time.
No Refunds for:
- Diver cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.
- Poor visibility, lake vis is seasonal.
- Seasickness issues.
- No-shows or for Divers arriving after scheduled departure time.
- Dives attempted and called by a diver for any reason.
